Dragonpower™ FRP/GRP Cable Ladder System
In order to meet the high requirement of corrosive environments, Sedray Industries has developed glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP/GRP) cable ladders as a strong alternative to metal cable ladders. Thanks to many competitive advantages such as lightweight, UV resistant, fire retardant, Transparent to RF frequencies and electrically non-conductive, Dragonpower™ FRP Cable Ladder System are widely applied in many projects.
Features:
1. High mechanical properties: with high-performance glass fiber, a variety of composite carpet, diversification ply design, excellent mechanical properties, high safe working load (SWL) , especially the uniform loading of large span (6000mm) Ladder type cable tray reached NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association ) associated load rating requirements;
2. Excellent corrosion resistance: particularly suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, marine engineering, oil and gas, high corrosive environment;
3. High flame retardant grade: meet BS 476, ASTM E84 Class 1 Flame Rating and ASTM D 635 self-extinguishing requirements, oxygen index ≥ 40 percent, also reach foreign underground rail transit facilities' requirements by SGS;
4. Various electrical performance: can meet the diverse needs—insulation, antistatic ;
5. Excellent smoke & toxicity: low smoke, low toxicity, halogen-free, in line with abroad environmental requirements ;
6. Wide application range temperature: -50 ℃ ~ + 110 ℃, low coefficient of thermal expansion of a small amount of deformation, especially for high latitudes and cold regions;
7. Excellent project application: applied in voltage 10kV power cable and control cable laying, lighting wiring, pneumatic, hydraulic umbilicals and other indoor and outdoor overhead cable trenches and tunnels.
