Compared with traditional metal materials, FRP bolts and nuts and pultruded profiles have many characteristics of light weight, high strength, no rust, insulation, non-magnetic, low thermal conductivity, maintenance-free, and long service life，which plays an important role in earlier realization of the "carbon" target.
During the use of traditional metal bolts and profiles, due to the long-term volatilization of corrosive gases in the sewage tank, the corrosive effect on metal materials is very serious. Companies often have to replace them every 2 to 3 years, resulting in huge waste of resources and the high cost of maintenance pressure. Recently, through cooperation with some engineering companies, our company has used FRP bolts and nuts and pultruded profiles in a sewage tank environmental protection roof project in Gansu province. The service life of these products can reach more than 20 years, which is beneficial to reduce costs for environmental protection companies ,maintaining pressure, saving money, and reducing the emission of waste gas and waste water and other pollutants, is conducive to the development of the "dual-carbon" business.
