The intensification of business globalization competition and the proliferation of commodity homogeneity inevitably require enterprises to accelerate their "branding" process! The completion of "trademark registration" is one of the key steps in this process!

Under the influence of various factors such as the intensification of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the escalation of sanctions against Russia by the European Union and the United States, and the harsh climate, the worldwide energy crisis has further intensified. The fiberglass rebar and fiberglass building products produced by our company can effectively alleviate this trend.

Human production and living activities require a large amount of energy as support, and the scarcity of traditional energy and conflicts in important global energy sources have further exacerbated the energy crisis. In addition to developing new energy, human beings also need to further reduce energy consumption. Compared with metal materials, glass FRP products The superior performance is its adv...

The vigorous development of the digital economy is related to the overall situation of our country's construction of a new national competitive advantage, and determines whether our country can occupy a core position in the global strategic economy in the future. Digital industrialization and industrial digitalization are important features and directions of future industrial development. The big data industry is an important part of the digitalization process, and the data center is a key link in this strategic project.

On May 30, at the press conference on the major achievements of the closing ceremony of the "2023 Zhongguancun Forum", the General Office of the Beijing Municipal People's Government released the "Implementation Plan for Beijing to Accelerate the Construction of a Globally Influential Artificial Intelligence Innovation Source (2023-2025) ". It emphasizes that "it is necessary to efficiently promote the construction of new computing power infrastructure: include new computing power construction projects into the computing power partnership plan, and accelerate the construction of Beijing Artificial Intelligence Public Computing Power Center and Beijing Digital Economy Computing Power Center in Haidian District and Chaoyang District.”
In order to promote the digitalization process in our country, in 2022, the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued a document with multiple departments, agreeing to launch national computing power hubs in 8 places including Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Chengdu-Chongqing, Inner Mongolia, Guizhou, Gansu, and Ningxia Node construction, while further planning to set up 10 national data center clusters in the computing power hub, specifically responsible for the construction of large and ultra-large data centers, marking the official launch of the "Digital from East to Computation from West" project.

The development of digital economy is closely related to the construction and operation of data centers. The increase in the scale of data centers will directly promote the improvement of digital economy and GDP, but data centers are also faced with a variety of acute problems such as huge energy consumption, high temperature and easy downtime, and high maintenance costs.
The data shows that in 2021, the electricity consumption of national data centers will reach 216.6 billion kilowatt-hours, accounting for about 2.6% of the country's total electricity consumption and 1.8 times that of Beijing's annual electricity consumption. At present, our country's power structure is still dominated by coal-fired power generation. In the data center power supply structure, thermal power accounts for more than 70%, which not only causes a lot of energy consumption, but also brings a lot of greenhouse gases and other pollutants emission. This runs counter to the goal of "carbon neutrality and carbon peak" put forward by our country.
Simultaneously, traditional data centers are generally located in highly secure buildings with a large number of servers, storage and network equipment inside, and provide support for many online services. During the operation of the data center, a huge amount of heat will be generated, which must be maintained in a specific temperature range through the cooling system, and the temperature of the data center is closely related to the external environment. In July 2022, the high temperature in London reached a record high of 42°C. Due to the impact of the high temperature, the cooling system of the Oracle and Google data centers in London failed, causing the temperature inside the data center to become higher and higher. Finally, the system automatically took protective measures to shut down operations, resulting in long-term delays in the data usage of some users.

In recent years, engineering design teams and equipment manufacturers have adopted a variety of solutions: from "air cooling, water cooling" to "liquid cooling", using distributed cooling or natural cooling (data centers are built in humid and cold areas). However, the structural buildings and related facilities in these schemes still inevitably face the problems of high heat conduction, low corrosion resistance, and high long-term maintenance costs.
Achieving the "dual carbon goals" and "digital economy powerhouse construction" is not only a national strategy, but also the responsibility of all sectors of society. As the main participants in market economic activities, enterprises undertake the function of providing products and services to the society. In the process of promoting the transformation and development of the social economy to green and low-carbon, enterprises must have the courage to take the necessary responsibilities and play an important role actively.
Nanjing Sedray Industries Co., Ltd.closely follow the trend of The Times, for " digital economy powerhouse construction " and specially developed FRP products series——Dragonbolt™ Composite Fasteners、Dragonbar™ FRP Reinforced System, Dragonpro™ Fiberglass Building Products (including:(1) standard structural profiles, (2) FRP handrail systems, (3) FRP decks & floors, (4) FRP gratings and accessories), Dragonstrut™ Fiberglass Framing System (fiberglass support system) , Dragonpower™ Cable Management System .These products mainly use high performance reinforced glass fiber and corrosion resistant resin and necessary additives, through the pultrusion process and special processing technology to produce, compared with traditional materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plastic), has a very obvious advantage:
1. Low thermal expansion coefficient: the thermal conductivity of FRP products is 0.487 W /(M.K), only 1/100 of metal;
2. Corrosion Resistance: FRP/GFRP products will never corrode, rust or lead to concrete spalling in the concrete structure;
3. High Chemical Resistance: wastewater treatment, water treatment and desalination plants exposed to chemicals, water or high salt content of the environment, FRP/GFRP products can be very good resistance to the corrosion of the harsh environment;
4. Long Life Cycle: FRP/GFRP products are very durable, therefore, can reduce later maintenance and upgrade costs;
5. Light Weight and High Strength: The density of FRP reinforcement products is only 1/4 of that of metal materials. In modern times with high labor costs and oil prices, labor costs and transportation costs can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the frp rock bolts has strong thread load capacity, which can effectively substitute the use of metal rock bolts (slope support bolts);
6. Low Moisture Absorption: unlike many plastics, the moisture absorption of FRP products is very low, even if it is soaked in water for a long time, there will be no obvious size change or mechanical property loss.
