the environment, FRP/GFRP products can be very good resistance to the corrosion of the harsh environment;

5. Long Life Cycle

FRP/GFRP products are very durable, Service life of 50~100 years, therefore, can reduce later maintenance and 

upgrade costs; 

6. Light Weight and High Strength

The density of FRP reinforcement products is only 1/4 of that of metal materials. In modern times with high labor costs 

and oil prices, labor costs and transportation costs can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the frp rock bolts has 

strong thread load capacity, which can effectively substitute the use of metal rock bolts (slope support bolts);  

7. Low Moisture Absorption

Unlike many plastics, the moisture absorption of FRP products is very low, even if it is soaked in water for a long time, 

there will be no obvious size change or mechanical property loss.
